I must say no surprise. Everything Mercedes these days is a little ordinary. Finding a spec you want online is a crap process compared to going in and talking. Price is just absurd now (though BMW no saint) and they are just a bloody techno rave lightshow now. What is wi5 that. Even the ads look like a bloody Philips Hue ad.

Here’s hoping it continues. Driving trumps pomp and techno.

An interesting read. I actually would have assumed BMW had been outselling Mercedes for a while based on what I see out and about in Sydney.

I don' really love the direction either manufturer is heading in regarding styling or interior sceen/controls but BMW do continue to focus on vehicles that are enjoyable to drive and that's still the most important thing.
