So i have bootmode stage 1 tune
In comfort mode i have all te power
But wen i put the car in sport mode or in sport gearbox i dont have al te power
And solution to this problem ?

Which are model you have? I guess G20 LCI.

What you have experienced is quite same of mine. My car is 530e lci. When I flash with stage 1 or stage 2. When push the pedal, electric motor doesn’t response to the pedal.

You have to submit a ticket to BM3. They will fix and send back a new map for you. The problem is your software is too new.

Yes. It took 1-2 days and they sent me a test map for my car. I tested it and it worked. Then they sent me another 3-4 revision.

I have G20 330e 2019 model with the B engine stage 1 bootmod3 and I have exactly the same problem.

The electric motor does not get engaged at all no matter how hard I push on the throttle on Xboost mode and in all modes with gear knob on the left (sport transmission).

The electric motor and hence the full power is only possible in standard transmission Hybrid, normal Sport and Sport Individual.

I have just contacted them for this and I am waiting...

I wonder why they have not fixed this in the standard map in the app...?

im running stage 1 on my 330e how do you know the electric motors is not engaging in xtra boost I want to make sure im not having this problem ive got the b engine

Did they update the OTS map or did they specifically gave you a revised map?

I'm about to get my dme unlocked and tune with bm3. I want to make sure the OTS maps work as intended.

Also, have you measured your 1/4 mile time or 100-200km/h time?

I am experiencing the same problem. 330e on stage 2 e30 map. On Drive on Hybrid and Sport, my car goes on limp mode. No power at all. Xtraboost works fine except when I launch the car. Seems like no boost build up and eBoost doesnt engage on 1st gear. My 0-60 is 9 seconds lol.

I just entered in a ticket to support. Will update once resolved.

Hi, finally you get your dme unlock hahaha. Congrats 🍾
Honestly, OTS from bootmod is not completed yet for G20 330e and G30 530e. I’ve been waiting for a long time. I suggest you to do a custom tune instead waiting for BM3 to fix OTS. One more thing, software logic of 30e (g-series) agter 6/2020 are very weird and complicated, most of tuner (and OTS also) will have an engine load issue. When long pull 3-4-5th gear, you will see engine load reduce and afr rise up, ign rise up (you can try). Result is power reduced.

I tuned with some tuner, power on dyno is 430whp but when I dragy, 100-200 13.xs with engine load issue (long pull). Please note that 1 gear is fine problem will not occur. When I tune with another guy who can solve this problem, I got 11.xs with same power on dyno. Now I got 10.01s with E30 fuel.

I can suggest you the tuner that can solve all 30e issue.

Check this tuner ‘Racetool’ I tuned with them.
Map E20 with E20 fuel -> 43xwhp
Map E20 with E30 fuel -> 452whp
Map E40 with E40 fuel -> 472whp

I think they are one of few tuners who understand 30e (g-series) logic and solved load issue.

I make a many of 30e in Thailand with custom tune to make it 100-200km/hr below 11.00s.

I also make a custom tune for cola.p. His car is 9.8x (100-200km/hr).

I wouldn't say anything to OTS cos its OTS.

Thank you again for the custom tune. Car pulls so much stronger, it's not even comparable to my old custom map on jb4. I will be creating a new thread about the experience and my results from 100-200km/hr and 1/4 mile times. cola.p, thanks for the referral!!

As far as getting the OTS map fixed, I'm still going to get it fixed since it is part of my purchase. It might just help them and everyone that might have to use OTS maps.
