The build week may potentially change. When I’ve ordered my cars in the past they give you a rough idea of a month but it’s always been amended soon after with a more accurate build week
It’s out of your control but it’s certainly possible that the build week may be pulled forward. It could also potentially be put back so you just have to bide your time. The most difficult but I know

Do you know if the allocation was an existing one the dealer had in which case that date should be pretty accurate as it’s already in the queue.

They said they have 1 allocation tho

Put your production number in mygarage and track it through its progress. You can also call Genius and get the production week.

Allocation = production number. No production number means no allocation.

They could be hoping for an allocation assigned next month, or hoping for a trade.

Did you order the all seasons on purpose (it looks like you’re in Cali)? There is also an option with run flat summer tires (performance run flat tires). Unless you want to be able to rotate the wheels, I would actually go for the mixed performance set. Those are 255 in the rear and 225 in the front, where as what you selected is 225 both front and rear.
I did auto cross with my prior 3 series, with 225’s and later with my new car which has the mixed set. The mixed set has significantly better handling.

I have thought about the tires, but I was too focused on ext/int color and adding mpe😂 I plan to change them later thanks for your recommendation!
