Comes with valve actuator. Comes with exhaust clamps. I cut open the muffler and the sound deadening has been removed. Exhaust JBwelded back together, no leaks. Sounds great and adds a little more volume while retaining OEM look. Local pickup only. Give me an offer. Text me if you are a serious buyer and want to hear exhaust clips. 207-432-4532
