Valvetronic Universal Muffler on G20 330i

Just installed a Valvetronic U.M. on my 2020 330i. It already has a BM3 Stage 1 Tune, and an MST Intake. With the valves open vs closed, the sound remains unaffected at idle.

When the valve is open, the car is slightly louder but not by much. At 6,000+RPM, the exhaust starts to get very loud, but it's very high pitched and unrefined.

Honestly, I was hoping the exhaust wouldn't be too loud with the valve closed, but now I'm looking to get a resonator delete because the muffler swap did hardly anything.

is it worth it or is it better to keep the oem muffler?
