Retrofit shifter with MSA button in Mild Hybrid
Hi there
has anyone tried retrofitting a center control unit with MSA button into a car with Mild Hybrid system that doesnīt have the button? Does it work? Can it be coded to work? The newer Mild Hybrid cars of the so called LCI2 have a MSA button again. Cheers!

MSA = Motor Start Stopp Automatik = Engine start stop system

When I picked my car up from Frankfurt a few weeks ago, I asked why it had no stop start button. The dealer told me that this was illegal in Germany now.
Not sure if that is true. |

Hello There, I am also interested in codind a Start-Stop button on my G21 320dMhev, for now I have disabled the Start-Stop function but it would be nice if i can have the button working also. I wonder if I can use the existing button ( that doesn`t have a led light on it ) or I can also change the module and put the button with the LED on it.
