How much off MSRP for '25 ordered 340?
Hi all,
I was offered 2.5% off sticker plus $1,000 for BMW loyalty on a spec’d 340. Moreover, dealership wants $2,500 down before putting in my build. Should I be holding out for more? Also, is this amount down a bit steep, given that car won’t be build until January and delivered until March? Last edited by Jbucks; 12-02-2024 at 07:34 PM.. |

I was offered a deal for a 6% off MSRP + about 2.5k in incentives. $1k down. I used a broker and went with out of state dealer. This may be the best offer available in your area, unless you are willing to shop around and look out of state as well

My first impression is that this dealer does not really want your business that badly. Maybe they never have trouble selling their M340 allocation. Having an allocation for a specific model and build week is the key starting point for a custom build. Never give them any deposit without verifying they have an allocation.
When I bought my 2021 they took about 8% off MSRP, and then applied the BMW incentive. I gave them a small check ($100?) and we sat down to make the order. They built the car in their system while I sat next to the salesman, and I received a numbered (not generic) buyers order with my name on it. A few days later they called and verified the order had gone through with no mods or deletions in options. IIRC, at that point I could set up a BMW account, but had to wait until they assigned a VIN before I could check the vehicle status |

5.8% off MSRP (I didn't have any incentives) and 3% financing through BMW. They had a $1k deposit to build - I would shop around.
