Hi,

I am eyeing a 2024 M440i xDrive that is low miles (~8K / 6 Months) into the 1st Service / Sold date. It is CPO vehicle.

As part of discovery, the Salesperson informed me that the car doesn't come with Ultimate Care (36K / 3 Year) since this was a early lease termination car into dealership. They also informed me that it can't be transferred by paying $100 Transfer fee that I have read on other post / online.

Will appreciate some clarification on what is true / possible?

- Should I be able to pay $100 Transfer fee during purchase and get the original 36K / 3 Year.
- If above is not an possible, is my only option to negotiate and purchase Ultimate Care or Ultimate Care+ for next 4 Years / 50K.

My plan is / was to align the Warranty coverage to maintenance, so I was willing to purchase addition 2 year Ultimate Care / Ultimate Care+, but since Sales person / dealership is saying original 36K is not included and/or transferable, I want to ensure I budget for the extra cost.
