I bought Trafic Cameras, Connected Booster and Mao Updates, £154 all in.
To be fair its probably a bit "wasted" given my use case for the car is drive it once a week, but oddly it sort of makes me happy to know the services are there. I'll see next year whether I still feel the same! |

Traffic camera info and Connected Booster for me. I only really make use of the in-dash maps from the Booster package but as CarPlay can't provide this on iDrive 7 I don't really have any other option.

Connected Booster and the Traffic Camera info for me, I may add HBA before the promotion is over. I have no real need for up to date maps, but I may get that next year.

Has anyone tried buying Service Inclusive, I don't think the 20% discount applies to this but still does anyone have it? Looking to buy anyway for peace of mind, goodwill should an issue occur etc...

Just bought the safety camera thing for the G81, less than £0.40 a week is a no brainer, although i still think this should be standard. Might give the g21 a few upgrades as well

Just got an email from Stratstone, they're doing 10% off with code BMW10 at checkout.
I found the site difficult to navigate for finding model specific items. https://bmwshop.stratstone.com/?utm_...nsent|2H|CTA01 |

I’ve got the safety camera add in : it’s on my app as a subscription. it said it was activated in Idrive. I can’t find any apps or it on the vehicle settings / or settings in navigation. Any hints/pointers ? (Don’t want to just assume its in background - I went through roadworks on A419 - been there for months, ave speed cameras - no warning..)

Bought High Beam Assistant for my G22 and really impressed with it. Went for a 15 min drive and it was ready to install. Took a trip on a mix of A and B roads at night and the dip/main swapping works quickly. Not flashed by any oncoming cars and the switch back to main happened about a second or two after the car had passed. The HBA switched to dip when I came up behind a car then it switched back to main when they turned off. I give it 10/10 and I don’t have a button on the stalk that doesn’t do anything.

There's no need to do this, as the system automatically senses the car in front (at whatever range) and changes the beam pattern to avoid dazzling the driver while still illuminating both sides. Spookily good.

I think that’s what @041f0000 ment. If you don’t have Matrix or Laser lights it switches to dipped in this situation.
