Too generic. Side profile is not bad. If it weren't for the new technology and the improved interior the G80 wouldn't be a consideration. I'll wait to see what the G80 has in store and if that doesnt do it for me I guess it's time for me to seriously consider Porsche's 911 as my next car.

Lovely colour
Front grille is appalling Looks rather ordinary in these pics for the top of the range G20, IMO

The Germans always copy each other in some shape or form.

The grille is actually one of the few things I like about the car, although I can see why a lot of people don't like it.
I wonder though how many people just don't like it because it deviates from the classic BMW grille style, and would they still dislike it if it was on an Audi or a Merc? I love the classic BMW grille, but I think a bit of evolution is to be expected and not necessarily a bad thing. |

They have a 2019 330i at BMW Canada in Toronto. The design looks much better when you see the car in person but I am not a huge fan of the new rear taillight design. The rear lights on the new 5 series look much better IMO.
Here are some pics.Sorry, the picture quality is pretty crappy. |

BMW Fat Lip
Quote:
But at least the design is consistent and honest. It is just as ugly from the side and it is just as ugly on the street as in the factory-released photos. We should bet on how long it takes BMW to correct that fat lip. -Michael |
