It's so offensive to us real bmw fans who know that bmw should never change anything from the arbitrary point in history I have chosen as the perfect state of the brand.

Looks a lot like the M8 to me, which would make sense from a design consistency perspective.

Imagine owning both an 850CSi and an F13 M6. My argument is that one is the only WBS chassis V12 and the other is the most powerful RWD M ever and both are met with utter derision in some groups.

Would be cool if it was meant to accommodate a proper 5pt harness. Not that anyone would ever install one.

So we've seen the standard front seats and the optional CF seats, but shouldn't we expect some kind of in-between seats (ex. would come with the Competition package)? The standard seats appear to be very basic and I'll be surprised if the only option is to upgrade to the CF version which are pretty much racing seats.

That's what I'm saying. They'll likely make those standard competition seats, and have them optional on the non-comp, and have the track seats be optional as well.
Or they might do something different. But there is a chance they might make the basic G20 seats the base seat for the M3 (non-comp) based on the X3M which the G80 will likely share a lot of parts/specs/options with. We'll have to wait and see for the reveal. |
