because I want to be able to turn off the sailing mode in Comfort and Eco mode. There is an option in the general settings "Idle speed", which is enabled by default every time you turn the car off/on. Is it possible to code a memory for it? Like the start/stop memory so it remembers the setting to off?
I coded all this and it does NOT work on my 2022 m340i. I am positive about this.

How can i disable license plate light? For F chassis I set the MAPPING_KENNZEICHENL_PWM_LEVEL_1 to 0, but I cannot find light mapping options in BDC module in G chassis.

Yes it can be done but will require the ECU to be sent to HK to be coded on the bench There is a post on the x5 forum about this

Does anyone know how to disable the headlight amber light for the front DRLs (side marker light)?

Can it be done in BimmerCode or only done in bimmer utility?

Depending of your car version :
F30 Serie :
FEM_BODY -> MAPPING_SIDEMARKER_L_OUTPUT -> off
FEM_BODY -> MAPPING_SIDEMARKER_R_OUTPUT -> off

F15 & Previous G Series :
FLE (both) -> LM_ID_LT04 -> F015Wert

Newer G Series :
FLM2 (both) :
LM03_DUTY_CYCLE_BINNING_CLASS0 -> Wert_1 (00)
LM03_DUTY_CYCLE_BINNING_CLASS1 -> Wert_1 (00)
LM03_DUTY_CYCLE_BINNING_CLASS2 -> Wert_1 (00)
LM03_DUTY_CYCLE_BINNING_CLASS3 -> Wert_1 (00)
LM03_DUTY_CYCLE_BINNING_CLASS4 -> Wert_1 (00)

Hoping it works!

Is it possible to code comfort access so that it only changes the driver profile when opening the driver's door? As is from the factory, any of the other three doors touched by someone with a key immediately switches the driver profile to that key's, and it's very annoying.

Hello everyone

Please help me encode the MGU menu into the stock version.

Now I have a version from M3 G80. Because of this, the projection is not displayed correctly: it does not turn on in the M-style and there is no tachometer. There are also unnecessary and broken menu items in the menu (attached photo).

What settings in the expert menu are responsible for this?

No, the previous owner of the car wanted to display the oil temperature and tire pressure on the dashboard through this encoding.

On the contrary, I want to remove everything superfluous from the M3 in the MGU menu and on the dashboard.

I disabled all the options in section 3010 M_GMBH, also disabled the options with the name "MVIEW", it helped!

When updating the software via bmw remote, are all encodings reset to the default state?

Normally to "fix" the HUD to the original version, you can code this way :
DKOMBI4 :
CB_HUD_FAS -> aktiv
CB_HUD_LIST_AUS -> nicht_aktiv
CB_HUD_LIST_AUTOMATISCH -> nicht_aktiv
CB_HUD_LIST_FAS_PERMANENT -> nicht_aktiv
CB_HUD_LIST_SPORT_PERMANENT -> aktiv
CB_HUD_LIST_SPORT_AUS -> aktiv
CB_HUD_LIST_SPORT_FES -> aktiv

If you want to keep the "M-Style" but without the M-menu which doesn't work, you can code this way :
DKOMBI4 :
ALPINA_ENABLE -> nicht_aktiv
GLOBAL_LAYOUT_VARIANTE -> m_gmbh
LOGO_SCHRIFTZUG -> m_logo
DZM_ANZ_Y -> benzin_m_sport
DZM_EFF_X -> benzin_m_sport
GESCHWINDIGKEIT_ANZ_Y -> mpa
GESCHWINDIGKEIT_EFF_X -> einsatzfahrzeug
CB_HUD_MVIEW_NAVI -> aktiv
CB_HUD_MVIEW_SLI -> aktiv
CB_HUD_MVIEW_SPORT -> aktiv
CB_HUD_PRESELECT_MVIEW -> aktiv
HMI_MVIEW_ENABLE -> aktiv
HMI_MVIEW_FAHRSTUFE_ENABLE -> gang_1_9
HMI_MVIEW_NAVI_ENABLE -> aktiv
PIA_HUD_MVIEW_NAVIGATION -> aktiv
PIA_HUD_MVIEW_NAVIGATION_PORTIERUNG -> aktiv
PIA_HUD_MVIEW_SLI_NPI -> aktiv
PIA_HUD_MVIEW_SLI_NPI_PORTIERUNG -> aktiv
PIA_HUD_MVIEW_TRACK_NAVI -> aktiv
PIA_HUD_MVIEW_TRACK_NAVI_PORTIERUNG -> aktiv

HU_MGU :
STARTUP_EMBLEM -> bmw_m
MDRIVE -> nicht_aktiv
M_VEHICLE -> nicht_aktiv
HUD_M -> nicht_aktiv
M_DIGITAL_TACHO_EINH -> nicht_aktiv
M_SHIFTLIGHTS -> nicht_aktiv
M_KOMBI_LINK -> inaktiv
M_HUD_LINK -> inaktiv
M_EPS -> kein_menue
M_MOTOR -> kein_menue
M_Modus -> nicht_aktiv
M_VEHICLE_SP2018_RUEKO -> inaktiv
M_GETRIEBE -> kein_menue
M_BRAKE -> kein_menue

And if you want keep it "BMW original", you can code this way :
DKOMBI4 :
ALPINA_ENABLE -> nicht_aktiv
GLOBAL_LAYOUT_VARIANTE -> bmw_ag
LOGO_SCHRIFTZUG -> "select your model"
DZM_ANZ_Y -> benzin_bmw_alpina
DZM_EFF_X -> benzin_bmw_alpina
GESCHWINDIGKEIT_ANZ_Y -> mpa
GESCHWINDIGKEIT_EFF_X -> einsatzfahrzeug
CB_HUD_MVIEW_NAVI -> nicht_aktiv
CB_HUD_MVIEW_SLI -> nicht_aktiv
CB_HUD_MVIEW_SPORT -> nicht_aktiv
CB_HUD_PRESELECT_MVIEW -> nicht_aktiv
HMI_MVIEW_ENABLE -> nicht_aktiv
HMI_MVIEW_FAHRSTUFE_ENABLE -> kein_gang
HMI_MVIEW_NAVI_ENABLE -> nicht_aktiv
PIA_HUD_MVIEW_NAVIGATION -> nicht_aktiv
PIA_HUD_MVIEW_NAVIGATION_PORTIERUNG -> nicht_aktiv
PIA_HUD_MVIEW_SLI_NPI -> nicht_aktiv
PIA_HUD_MVIEW_SLI_NPI_PORTIERUNG -> nicht_aktiv
PIA_HUD_MVIEW_TRACK_NAVI -> nicht_aktiv
PIA_HUD_MVIEW_TRACK_NAVI_PORTIERUNG -> nicht_aktiv

HU_MGU :
STARTUP_EMBLEM -> bmw
MDRIVE -> nicht_aktiv
M_VEHICLE -> nicht_aktiv
HUD_M -> nicht_aktiv
M_DIGITAL_TACHO_EINH -> nicht_aktiv
M_SHIFTLIGHTS -> nicht_aktiv
M_KOMBI_LINK -> inaktiv
M_HUD_LINK -> inaktiv
M_EPS -> kein_menue
M_MOTOR -> kein_menue
M_Modus -> nicht_aktiv
M_VEHICLE_SP2018_RUEKO -> inaktiv
M_GETRIEBE -> kein_menue
M_BRAKE -> kein_menue

And normally, a OTA update doesn't erase your FDL coding. Only if you do it manually and "VO-Code" your ECU...
