I didn't have any success trying 3 brokers last month for a M440xi vert. Either no one had allocations for months, or there really wasn't a discount after you consider the broker fee, added dealer fees, and the MF mark up. I found the brokers or dealers were quoting a "discount off MSRP", but then you just paid for this "discount" with a higher interest rate and fees.

My 2019 330xi MSport lease ends next month. The MSRP of the car was 55.87k, so was pretty loaded, HK, Heads up Display, among two things I don't see available now.
I visited Audi, probably a week or two late Now none of the A4's coming in have blind spot monitoring, rear collision warning, lane departure warning and the phone charger. Plus the Audi MF is equivalent to over 5% interest so only makes sense to buy. From what I am reading here, for the 330xi, it seems that you can't get HK, HuD and other options now and the deals are nearly non-existent. Does anyone have a sense of how much you lose out between the stock BMW sound and the HK system. I had an E39 with the stock system and it sucked. A $20k cheaper E46 I had with the HK was excellent. Since then I have never gone for a car without the HK. Anyway my car was built in Mar 2019, so was a pretty new G20. It has 38k miles. At first I was thinking you carry some risk with one of the earlier built cars from a new model generation, but am starting to think that just buying out the lease ($32404) may be the better option. Does anyone have any suggestions on which way to go? A4, new 330i lease or buy out current car? |

In very rare instances a local dealer may do a courtesy delivery for you but most will not. You will need to pay for shipping from the dealer to you and many brokers can help you set that up.

My credit union is telling me that their lowest rate is 2.10 right now. They also say they will honor that rate 60 days from the date of my application being approved. That all seems like a good deal to me. Are there any advantages of going with BMW Financial Services for financing the car over bringing in your own financing? I’ve not gone through the final purchasing meeting yet as I’ve probably got at least a month before my car arrives so am not sure what type of shenanigans to expect, but also not sure if there is any benefit to accepting some of their offers, such as the one for financing.

Just ordered a M340 xdrive for my girlfriend. Was able to get $3k off, which I'm happy with all things considered. 65.5k MSRP. Now we wait…

Last I checked BMW doesn't have a V10 naturally aspirated super car for sale either. Don't be so arrogant and closed minded. |

Here's a dilemma I'm facing and would like some help making a decision:
Current car - 2020 M340i Xdrive (23K in mileage and spec'd to top end) Lease terms - 36 months (term expires this November) and 30K allowance @ $750/month Damage history - Hail damage (repaired immaculately) + Shipping damage from my recent move (mostly rock chips, repaired to factory spec) Considering all of the above, I'm considering buying out my lease at the 2020 residual value. The only thing giving me pause is the damage history which IS NOT accident related. The car has been looked after well and I'd have no trouble owning it. My question to you all is whether this sounds like the right decision with the damage history in mind for resale value in the future. Planning to keep it for another year or so for lease pricing to calm down and pick up an i4 M50 type vehicle. With how hard it is to get new vehicles or fair pricing in general, it makes sense to buyout the lease doesn't it? Appreciate any input... |
