If you aren't comfortable with the new lease prices (I don't blame you), then buy out your lease. Keep it for a year or two, then sell it (hopefully with equity) when prices for new cars are to your liking.

I doubt you will find another m340 lease for $700.

As far as I know the special 1.99% rate is available on the M340i also but of course only in certain states. In others it would be 2.99%.

I didn’t know about any 1000$ credit, I got loyalty for a total of 9.5% off MSRP at 2.99% which is a fantastic deal for a 2025 M340

For info - In Oregon, the 2.99% is available but no cash credits (specifically financing cash offer - Military, Loyalty, and College credits do apply) for the 2025 M340i - apparently the cash credit is only available for the 2024 M340i. Of course this could change at any time and may vary by state. This is what I was told when picking mine up this last Saturday.

That is correct, the 1.99% and $1k APR credit varies by state.

Took delivery today and was able to have my dealership match another dealership nearby that was offering 1.99% rate. Not a bad deal getting close to 7% off MSRP and 1.99% APR.

I know some are getting 10% off MSRP on custom build but my negotiation skills aren't that great lol.

FOMO is now kicking in for sure. I should have tried to get 10% off MSRP. M340is should not be worth more than $65k out the door.

Yeah mine has neither. No premium paint color, cooling package, and leather seats. MSRP was $69,175. I had it dropped close to $64k before taxes. 10% off MSRP would have put me at $62,257 before taxes.
