My opinion of spacers is that they are purely cosmetic. They don't affect the handling much either way, except that you might notice the steering is ever-so-slightly slower due to the increased scrub radius.

All our photos with AC Schnitzer suspension are on cars with AC Schnitzer wheels which have a more aggressive offset compared to BMW wheels, so basically these will give you an idea of how your car will look with spacers on, but won't tell you much about a car with lower suspension and no spacers.

Thank you. I think I am going to stick with the 19s that come as standard on the M340i and add some Eibach Spacers and lowering springs from AC.

Lorcan, may I ask, what sort of drop do you recommend on my vehicle if I was to use the AC springs?

For reference here are stock wheels/tires with a 13mm spacer in the rear and a 15mm spacer in the front / lowered about 1"(25mm) with dinan springs

Nice! That’s exactly the type of look that I am going for! I was thinking around a 30mm drop but not sure if the AC springs allow that. Is that your ride?

Also are your wheels 19 inch or 18 inch? The stock wheel/tires on the UK M340i are the 792m. Not sure which wheels you have on?

If you would like to maintain the warranty, then ACS springs are the only option I'm aware of.

Check the above link to see many images of how the car will sit. You'll also find all the different options depending on your model.

For info - you cannot determine the ride height. This is pre determined by the maker of the springs.

Thanks! Yes it came out exactly the way I had in mind - I know not low enough for many but just right for me :-)

Thanks. I’m going to stick with the AC springs but not going with a dealer to fit them. LK Performance can fit the springs and also Eibach spacers for a lot less than what dealerships charge for just fitting the springs.

We lower the M340i 25-35mm on both the saloon and tourer.

Nice! Are they 20s or 19s?

Is there a video of this car?

£800 are still too much for springs only, this should be the price of springs plus shock absorbers! On eBay you find B12 kit (Bilstein B8 shock absorbers + Eibach Prokit springs) for the same price or less...

Ac-Schnitzer doesn't produce anything, they don't have any factory and just fine-tune products from others. The difference between the cheaper Eibach and the more expensive ACS isn't justifyied by any performance improvement unless you are a professional driver driving in a circuit.
In terms of warranty you have the same protection mounting Eibach spending much less than AC-Schneitzer.
