Don't worry it will come with the update as soon as you get it.
I now can confirm sprint mode is a Sort of BEAST MODE that runs the car temporarily in sports mode, with manual shift, and the transmission in "sport position, shifter to the left".
All with one press of the paddle. It's amazing.
