Quick question about GP Thunders

Do I need to order 2 pairs, or just one pair for all 4 angel eyes?

You just need 1 pair, there is a single bulb per side.

Just 1 set of bulbs (one for each headlamp), don't expect much from this other than different color temperature.

gp thunders actually make the angels a little dimmer imo.... its just the color thats different...

It's actually pretty cool how it works and two lights appear as four. Somewhere on here there is a diagram showing how it works.
