Strange induction sound

I’ve got a new out of the ordinary noise after installing the open air intakes this weekend. The car drives perfectly, but when accelerating at 50-100% throttle (in any gear) from below 3k rpm’s, there is an odd at 3.1k rpm’s that sounds like a waste gate pressure release very briefly. Can’t seem to find any related threads beside charge pipe issues (I’m stock otherwise the intakes). Can anyone confirm this is normal or could something be up?
