Power steering system

Is there any serviceable fluid in the F15 PS system? Research indicates no, but sites sell it as compatible with my car. 2015 35d without active steering.

The steering occasionally makes a squeak/screech sound when turning the wheel at low speeds. It's coming from under the hood, not inside the car. It sounds almost exactly like an older bmw that's low on PS fluid.

It’s an electric power steering system. Whether or not it has a serviceable fluid I know not.

Thanks for confirming. For now I'm going to ignore the issue since it's intermittent and not repeatable...impossible to diagnose.

I suppose since there's no pump or fluid system, any PS noises would probably be from the rack itself?
