N55 plug change

I got almost all the way but got stuck removing the big wiring harness sitting on top of the foam like material at the very back of the motor

I have seen videos of people removing the 2 torx screws on the passenger side and they are removed and none on the driver side, but it just doesn’t want to come out. I can imagine some push clips most likely held the harness on, but I cannot see which way do I push to get the harness out, I worry I’m going to break something expensive

Any assistance is appreciated

There are screws on the drivers side. You need to pull the harness out of the harness holder. The screws are underneath on the drivers side if I remember correctly.

I'll have to go back in then looks like, just can't for the life of me the direction to push the wiring harness, it looks like it goes out to the back

The actual harness pulls out the top. Straight up. Then the harness below it does the same.

Then you can unscrew the harness holder and remove that.

Then the foam.

Then you’re free, Willy.
